Selon la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 canadienne de p\u00e9diatrie, les enfants doivent prendre 3 repas par jour en plus de 1 \u00e0 3 collations.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les collations sant\u00e9 sont tout aussi essentielles que les repas. Comme l\u2019estomac d\u2019un enfant est petit, les 3 repas ne peuvent pas contenir tous les nutriments dont il a besoin.
