Toutefois, ces quantit\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre rajust\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque repas en fonction de l\u2019\u00e2ge et de l\u2019app\u00e9tit de l\u2019enfant.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici d\u2019autres exemples de portions : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>125 ml (\u00bd tasse) de l\u00e9gumes frais, congel\u00e9s, en conserve ou de sauce tomate <\/li><li>125 ml (\u00bd tasse) de petits fruits <\/li><li>250 ml (1 tasse) de l\u00e9gumes-feuilles ou de laitue <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Truc : <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilisez la main de l\u2019enfant comme guide. Son poing correspond \u00e0 une portion de fruits ou de l\u00e9gumes. <sup>(1)<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la derni\u00e8re version du guide alimentaire canadien <sup>(2)<\/sup>, les portions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9es par des proportions. Sur l\u2019assiette de votre enfant, la distribution recommand\u00e9e des aliments est la suivante : remplissez la moiti\u00e9 de son assiette de l\u00e9gumes et de fruits, un quart de produits c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers et un quart d\u2019aliments prot\u00e9in\u00e9s.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aucun outil ne peut pr\u00e9dire avec pr\u00e9cision la portion que votre enfant devrait manger. Les di\u00e9t\u00e9tistes recommandent d\u2019\u00e9couter votre enfant pour juger de la portion.
