Chacun des pigments qui donnent aux l\u00e9gumes et aux fruits leur couleur (rouge, orange, jaune, vert, violet, blanc, etc.) contient des substances actives (phytonutriments) tr\u00e8s b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour le corps.  <\/li><li>Int\u00e9grez diff\u00e9rentes textures dans un plat ou comme accompagnement : aliment cuit, cru, congel\u00e9, compote de fruits, pur\u00e9e, soupe, etc. <\/li><li>Multipliez les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s au gr\u00e9 des saisons : chou, brocoli, salade, p\u00eache, pomme, poire ou petits fruits&#8230; parfaits pour satisfaire tous les go\u00fbts. <\/li><li>Pour accro\u00eetre la consommation de fruits et de fibres, servez des fruits entiers, tranch\u00e9s ou cuits \u00e0 chaque collation au lieu de jus ou de produits gras et sucr\u00e9s. Pr\u00e9parer des collations au pr\u00e9alable r\u00e9duit la tentation d\u2019acheter des options moins nutritives \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute.  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Inclure des l\u00e9gumes et des fruits \u00e0 tous les repas et \u00e0 toutes les collations en variant les couleurs et les formes est une excellente fa\u00e7on de maximiser leurs bienfaits.
