Voici nos conseils pour en manger plus <\/strong><sup>(1, 2)<\/sup>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Au d\u00e9jeuner <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ajoutez des fruits au yogourt avec des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales \u00e0 grains entiers et de la compote de fruits. (Lisez davantage sur la compote de fruits ci-dessous)  <\/li><li>M\u00e9langez une banane tranch\u00e9e au bol de gruau. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Au d\u00eener<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Incorporez des fruits congel\u00e9s aux recettes de muffins ou de biscuits. <\/li><li>Pr\u00e9parez des salades de fruits frais ou offrez une gourde de compote de fruits comme dessert. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour les collations <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pensez aux fruits qui se conservent bien dans la bo\u00eete \u00e0 lunch : gourde de compote de fruits, croustade de pommes maison. <\/li><li>Pr\u00e9sentez les aliments de mani\u00e8re originale pour piquer la curiosit\u00e9 de l\u2019enfant : fruits coup\u00e9s en juliennes ou r\u00e2p\u00e9s, brochettes de raisin sans p\u00e9pins et de pomme, muffins sant\u00e9 aux fruits et aux noix. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compote de fruits <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une fa\u00e7on amusante de presser ou de siroter des fruits<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La compote de fruits pr\u00e9sente une excellente fa\u00e7on d\u2019ajouter une portion de fruits au menu, surtout au d\u00eener ou \u00e0 la collation. Lorsque les fruits sont offerts sous forme de gourde, vos enfants peuvent varier leur consommation sans monotonie. Ils n\u2019ont qu\u2019\u00e0 presser la compote dans leur bouche!   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une recette simple adapt\u00e9e aux besoins des enfants<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le processus de fabrication assure en grande partie la conservation des qualit\u00e9s nutritionnelles du fruit : teneur en eau, fibres alimentaires (comme un fruit pel\u00e9) et min\u00e9raux. Les sucres contenus proviennent du fruit seulement.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un aliment enracin\u00e9 dans la culture <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le saviez-vous? La compote de pommes est l\u2019un des aliments les plus anciens servis aux Canadiens! Les premiers pommiers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 amen\u00e9s en Nouvelle-France par les colons fran\u00e7ais au d\u00e9but du 17e si\u00e8cle.
