Summer’s here! What’s your favorite fruit?

OK, fruits are available all year long. Still, for many kids, nothing tastes as good as cherries, peaches, plums, or apricots enjoyed on a sunny summer day.  

Go for it! (OR GoGo for it!) Fruit and vegetables are an important part of healthy eating. Have you ever added fruit to your salads, in a picnic basket, or pureed and spread on a piece of bread for breakfast?
