Skillet Peach Crisp

This dessert is fast and easy to make in the oven or on the BBQ. Serve with vanilla ice cream for the ultimate treat!


  • 2 pouches GoGo squeeZ® Apple Peach Fruit Sauce
  • 5 cups (600 grams) fresh or frozen sliced peaches
  • 2 cups large flake oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted


Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix peach slices with fruit sauce in a large bowl. Spread evenly into bottom of an oven-proof skillet.
Combine oats, flour, baking powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Blend in melted butter with a fork until evenly combined into a crumbly mixture. Spread over peaches, bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and firm. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
TIP- try adding ¼ cup of sliced or slivered almonds (or your favourite nuts) to the topping for added crunch.
Too hot to turn the oven on in the summer, you can also make this recipe on the BBQ! Turn the heat on only one side of your BBQ and place your skillet on the other side, using indirect heat bake at 400°F for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
