Fresh Beet Relish

This refreshingly crunchy condiment pairs beautifully with small canapés or as a sweet and savoury addition to your next charcuterie and cheeseboard.


  • 2 large beets, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, minced
  • 2 pouches GoGo squeeZ® Apple Strawberry Fruit Sauce
  • 1/4 cup malt vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped rosemary
  • 1 tsp jarred horseradish
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp kosher or sea salt


Place beets in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until beets are roughly chopped up into the size of small peas.
Scrape beets into a medium bowl and stir in onion, fruit sauce, vinegar, sugar, rosemary, horseradish, pepper, and salt.
Store relish refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
